Youth Exchange Programme (YEP) is an exciting 2-year programme which will see three groups of young people co-designing a community art project by learning about street art, culture and community engagement. This will involve overseas partners and experiences for the young participants to meet and work with international artists and groups of their peers in France and Cyprus.

This programme is supported by Rethink Ireland, Waterford Council, The Arts Council Ireland, and the French Embassy in Ireland. Our partners inclise Hypermur and Visual Voices Cyprus.
